Our ground floor is all parking, pool, spa, and gym. Every floor of our
building is actually one floor higher than the apartment number would
indicate. We have no apartments on ground level.

Application
This link will provide you with a printable
Adobe Acrobat version of the application. If and, only if, you intend to rent
the unit without any further reservations and, you are ready to provide a
money order or cashier's check to serve as security deposit, immediately
upon approval, should you submit an application. If you have questions, now is
the time to ask them, before applying. When
you are ready to commit to the above, print the application and fax it back to
(323) 661-3188. Provide, at least, a three year rental history w/ dates
of tenancy and all Landlord contact phone numbers.
Incomplete Applications will not be considered
