AT&T use this link or call 1(800) 310-2355 This
company has a habit of turning
on phone service, but service does not connect
properly. They will always tell you that the problem is within the walls of the
building, therefore, our responsibility. This is a disclaimer on their part to
protect themselves from lawsuits and has little to do with your situation other
than they are instructed by "Legal" to say it before sending someone out. It has
seldom been the case that a problem really exists. Having been told this
hundreds of times, I urge you to prevail upon them to make sure. If they say
this, please, tell them to send someone out to check the line. They will and,
the problem will be solved. |
